It's definitely slower than normal, I'm just not sure why. Outside of the modem, nothing has changed on this end. The modem is the same model, so I doubt that's a problem. It's probably just an issue on their end, so like I said I'll give it a try again later once everything is back to normal. If it doesn't go back to normal, tech support will be getting a call, since I got fairly decent speed before this.
