Well, they did make General Leo a full character(Though it's not known how you'll get his ass back from the dead.).

Episode 2 was a DC game at first. You'd think a guy who knows about V2 of PSO Episode 1 being on the damn collection would fucking know that. I've never played any of the games and I know that. He makes me want to die. :(

Number 7 was awful from what I hear, I didn't like number 6, and how is number 8 a spinoff?

Shadow The Hedgehog IS awful. I've played it. It's suck combined with suck multiplied by suck and squared by suck.

It's based off of all of the comics, really. Most of the designs are straight from the Ultimate comics, though.

*Has owned all of the games in this series at one point in time or another, and currently own X-Men Legends 2 and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.*

Not knowing the damn X-Men Legends game is not based off of any of the movies is also massive fail, as it shows he's never played any of them.

I just want to know why he didn't clarify that the LOTR games have their roots in the books? How could this idiot know about marvel comics and not about LOTR?

Well, true, but I was in this mindset as basically, I pirate because I can't afford the MOAR MONEY OM NOM NOM, which to me is a poor excuse. Not to mention I pirate games that I actually own... Sad
Actually, this is the only reason why emulation is legal. In case your game "breaks" your allowed to own the rom legally.

I've played FFT, but heard some really bad things and some really good things about Super Mario RPG. I s'pose I could play it though--The last two RPGs I've played that were based off of something else (Sailor Moon: Another Story, Magic Knight Rayearth) flopped horribly.
Mario RPG is kinda short compared to a FF title but has a lot of polish. Out side of battles, you can find coins and item boxes like the side scrolling adventure except it's isometric/3D. Finding coins outside of battles earns you money so hunting these things down and jumping like a Mario everywhere is part of the game. There are many hidden treasures which require you to make Mario jump to find them outside (and inside) battle zones.
The only real annoying part is finding out the password to the pirate ship's locked door.

If you want a bad gamer, you can find them @ Gamefaqs.
I was going to gamefaq for years. Does that make me bad? :(

That goddammed puzzle sucks so fucking much. I have no idea who thought it was a good idea, but they fail at everything in life.

EVERYTHING.

Look up the damn password if you decide to play the game, vivify93. It will save you lots of useless frustration.

also, I believe Deathlike2 is referring to fucktards like this: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage.php?board=954016&topic=45556966

And this: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage.php?board=554041&topic=45404001

I was looking for a really good example of the KH2 and Re:COM board, but it seems the topic was deleted. It was basically a prick whining about how Square-Enix should not have bothered bringing Re:COM over without KH2: Final Mix, insulting them, and other general selfish, whiny idiocy.

it annoys me, though, that nvidia is recycling cards with new model numbers (the 9600GSO is an 8800GS with a new sticker.  no differences whatsoever.)

ATi's done the same in the past.

Really, they both do stupid shit like that. ATi's never really done driver cheats on the scale that nVidia did back in the FX days, though. Something I give them respect for.

Err... As I said earlier, I pirate Breath of Fire III, Breath of Fire IV, Chrono Cross, Dragon Quest VII, and Lufia II while I all own them, though I don't have a working PS1... Does that count?

Hell no.

You own those games, plus they've been out of print for years, Lufia 2 for over a decade.

Edit: Fixed a typo that fucked up the BBcode.

better and cheaper than IST's ATI recommendation

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121243
if you have the money up front to wait for the rebate (54.99 before, 34.99 after), better than your old card

Gah, I forgot to check the 3450's clockspeeds. I thought they were lower than the 2400 Pro.

it's not just clockspeeds, it's minor architectural improvements as well

Just DX10.1, really.

From a graphics point of view, at least. It's got some other minor stuff like PCI Express 2.0 support.
