I had to work today 1pm-11pm, but my alarm goes off at 11:45am so I hit snooze for an hour...then again for another 30 minutes...and I really just didn't want to get out of bed.

know what I mean?

My friend Shauna goes there. I'll ask her an see if that person just sucks or if the whole forum's like that.

I've already PM'd an Admin to remove my account and that topic.  I don't want to be somewhere like this (and GameFAQs) where the people lack a certain humility and or respect.  I'm only interested in open-minded enthusiasts that can appreciate someone's work.

Kind of like here..?

I posted what I thought game music enthusiasts would enjoy and this is the response I get.  but I suspected this kind of response.

Honestly, could people be more respectful?  Respect is something that is apparently absent these days.

You probably accidentally set the arrow bit, that makes it so you lose the weapon after attacking with it. I was taking advantage of that for my hack, I made a Glass Sword with 255 attack power that broke after one attack, I ended up scrapping it because of the arrow bug.

I thought about making that Glass sword myself too.  SaGa 2 (FFLegend 2) for the GB had it and I remember it being awsome.

But yea, I did probably set the wrong bit.

Any reason why the Strength Staff disappears like an arrow? After a hit, it disappears....

I don't remember that happening.   :wtf:  That's a very good question.

SPC - Hard Core / Re: Final Fantasy V
« on: January 17, 2008, 08:37:18 PM »

Seems like CT is actually capable of playing FF5 songs more than FF6, though it still needs work. So maybe if you can get the songs to work right in CT, then you can port them to FF6.

 :omg: wouldn't that be amazing?

FF5 uses a different SPC core than CT/FF6.  Leno and I are/were trying to finish figuring out FF5.  Leno has an incomplete SPC parser for FF5 BTW.  Once FF5 is documented (and possibly others) a converter can be coded.

Did you release yours? cause i don't remember hearing it before.

Nah, I accidently deleted that ROM before I could dump the SPCs of those remixes.  I like to do about 2-4 remixes per session--somehow when I took a break I forgot those songs were in the ROM when I deleted it.  No big deal, its not like I can't reproduce it.

Hey JCE, i hope you don't mind me stealing your topic to bring you a song that I imported into Chrono Trigger.

I gave my self a chance to take a stab at Johnny C. Bad, Vehek from another board imported it into Chrono Trigger before, but it didn't sound right.

So here is my rendition of the same song.

Sounds good.  I imported it a while ago and used the exact same instruments.
